Karen Lindner Designs, which also created the jewelry Lambert and her bridesmaids wore at her 2011 wedding to Blake Shelton, designed the one-of-a-kind creation. According to Country Weekly, the choker is made from a late-19th-century beaded and embroidered lace piece, embellished with glass beads and copper metal micro-chain stitching.

The video will premiere Saturday on CMT and GAC.
Lambert pays tribute to her husband Blake Shelton’s late brother with “Over You,” the second single from her 2011 album “Four the Record.”
Richie Shelton died in a car accident in 1990 at the age of 24. His now-famous brother was only 14 at the time. Lambert never got to meet her new husband’s older brother.
