Following the flag-raising ceremony, there will be Canterbury’s Inaugural Red River Rib Rivalry as two chefs, one from Oklahoma and one from Texas, square off in a BBQ contest. In lieu of a plate charge, $10 donations will be accepted on behalf of Snowball Express, a charity for the children of fallen military heroes. For reservations, call 751-3600.
