Can you believe July is nearly half over? I’m having a difficult time with this as I’m definitely a summer girl. But, that’s life. I’ll get over my sorrow…and bring you events to enjoy this week!

You may not know this, but Weird Al Yankovic has won three Grammy’s and has sold over 12 million albums worldwide. This is all according to Wikipedia…so I’m certain those stats are right. Anyway, go see this self-proclaimed weirdo at the Brady Theatre Thursday night.

The PBR is coming to the BOK Center this Friday through Sunday. This event includes the best and toughest cowboys in the world and tickets start at just $12. Also, don’t miss the official PBR after party at Cain’s Ballroom on Saturday.

The Tulsa Drillers are home this Thursday through Sunday at ONEOK Field where they’ll host Arkansas. Don’t miss the games or specials including Thirsty Thursday and Fireworks Friday. Other events you won’t want to miss include An Affair of the Heart at QuikTrip Center, Amy’s Beauty at the Charles E. Norman Theatre and Project Alice at the John H. Williams Theatre.

Ted Nugent will be at Cain’s Ballroom on Sunday, Bowling For Soup at The Ivey Lounge, also on Sunday, and check out Tinkerbell is Dead: Free Beer at the Charles E. Norman Theatre.
