SULPHUR – The Sundance Institute, in collaboration with the Chickasaw Nation and the Chickasaw Cultural Center, has announced two big film events – a Native Filmmaker Summit and Film Forward: Advancing Cultural Dialogue – that will take place Sept. 6-8 in Oklahoma.
