The Oklahoma City Thunder are bringing their Western Conference Finals series with the San Antonio Spurs home tonight for Game 3. The game tips off at 8 p.m. at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Tulsa saxophonist Eldredge Jackson and his band Listening Pleasure will perform this weekend in Louisville, Ky., at a festival produced by a Midwest City-based organization.
The Soul Food Festival is set for Saturday at Louisville’s Waterfront Park. It is one of 14 similar events being staged this summer by the Oklahoma charity, according to a news release. Along with the New Orleans-born Jackson, the lineup for the show includes Jeffrey Osborne, Chrisette Michele, Ginuwine, Angela Winbush, Tevin Campbell and Sugarfoot’s Ohio Players.

Tulsa saxophonist Grady Nichols will be among the performers this week at the 27th Annual Charlie Christian International Music Festival in Oklahoma City. Along with jazz, blues, soul and hip-hop artists playing outdoor concerts Friday and Saturday, the festival features two historical exhibits, two jam sessions and a gospel show Sunday to close the event.
Nichols will perform Saturday at the festival, which he has played every years since at least 2004.

Oklahoma-based singer-songwriter JD McPherson released his Rounder Records debut “Signs and Signifiers” today on vinyl.
As previously reported, McPherson will make his national television debut June 6 on the TBS late-night show “Conan.”
“Signs and Signifiers” recently hit No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart and entered the Billboard rock charts and cross-genre Billboard 200 list, according to a news release.
