Big Time Rush planning Tulsa show

In overwhelming response to their sold-out “Better With U Tour,” Big Time Rush announced today that they will kick off “Big Time Summer Tour,” performing in more than 50 cities across the United States and Canada, including Tulsa.

Husband-and-wife country duo Thompson Square, which includes Miami, OK, native Keifer Thompson, missed opening sets on Lady Antebellum’s “Own the Night Tour” this past weekend after the death of the father of Shawna Thompson, Keifer’s wife and musical partner.

The Grammy-nominated couple also was scheduled to play the Country Radio Seminar “New Faces” showcase Friday night in Nashville, Tenn., but canceled the set.

Sugar Free Allstars to play free show today to celebrate Grammy, spread word about proposed children’s museum
