There are a lot of fun events this week in the Tulsa area. Let’s just hope the weather cooperates!
Mayfest is all week long in downtown Tulsa and features dance, music and visual arts. The event also offers some of the best local, regional, and national entertainment in which multiple styles of music are represented.
Have you been to a Cirque show? If not, you really must! Cirque Dreams Illumination is this Tuesday through Sunday at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. This action packed Cirque Dream is set in a cityscape of dimension and special effects and tickets start at just $16.
Also, check out Asleep at the Wheel this Friday night at Cain’s Ballroom or Johnny Polygon on Saturday also at Cain’s. If you’re with Coco don’t miss Conan O’Brien’s Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour to the Brady Theatre this Saturday night.
Other events to check out include the Gun and Knife Show at Expo Square this Saturday and Sunday, the Extreme Fighting League at the Osage Event Center on Saturday, the Blue Dome Arts Festival and the Tulsa Shock‘s home opener this Saturday night at the BOK Center.
