Experience Chesapeake Snow Tubing at the Brick from noon to 8 p.m. today at the AT&T Bricktown Ballpark, where the nation’s largest manmade snow tubing slope has been erected.

Flaming Lips releasing “Dark Side of the Moon” next week

Psychedelic rockers The Flaming Lips have teamed up with their Oklahoma City brethren Stardeath and White Dwarfs to record their own unique take of Pink Floyd’s 1973 classic album “The Dark Side of the Moon,” which will become available online only beginning Tuesday.

The full title of the recording will be ”The Flaming Lips and Stardeath and White Dwarfs with Henry Rollins and Peaches Doing the Dark Side of the Moon,” according to a news release.

The collaborative project was recorded after several weeks of both bands touring the world together and mutually citing…

Mark the grand opening of Oklahoma City’s first IMAX Theater at the AMC Quail Springs Mall 24 IMAX from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Quail Springs Mall, directly in front of the theater box office.
