The Club H.O.G. (Harley’s Owner Group) Rally was this past weekend.  Wimgo was out in full force armed with koozies and stick fans to help the crowd stay cool (which, by the way, was impossible). 

I was there with the primary job of wrangling people to ride the mechanical bull.  Now, I don’t know if it was the extreme heat, raw power of the bull, or the booze, but these people had the darndest time staying on that bull.  At one point my good friend Ryan had me nearly convinced to hop up there and show ‘em how it was done, but I refrained.  After all, I was representing wimgo and didn’t want to be an embarrassment to myself or the company!

The evening culminated when wimgo gave away $1000 to the winner of the Blazin’ Challenge wing eating contest.  Six wings in six minutes.  Sounds easy, right?  Wrong. 

These wings were the hottest wings on the planet.  Granted I didn’t try one (still trying to not embarrass myself here) but judging by the tears in the contestants eyes, they were on fire!  The contest was quite a sight to see, especially when one man got in ‘trouble’ for using his fingers to pull the meat off the bone.  When reprimanded he held up his hands in defeat and grinned, showcasing a wide toothless smile. 

All this to say – wimgo participates in a lot of events and gives away a lot of sweet prizes.  You definitely need to be at the next event – that toothless wing eating contestant could be you!
